There are not enough words to describe how incredible it was to work with Heather. As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous, confused, and needed guidance often. Heather made herself available to me around the clock. She offered her honest opinion and treated me more like family than a client. Heather went above and beyond her duties. For instance, at my nightmare of a walkthrough, the heat wasn't working. The following morning, as my husband and I were on the way to closing, Heather remained in my 46 degree house while someone was coming to look at the heat.
